1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
COLOR provides home staging and design services as outlined in your service agreement. By booking our services, client acknowledges acceptance of terms.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required upon booking to secure your staging date. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled staging date. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or check. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled staging date, you will receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours of staging forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the staging date are penalty-free. Requests within 72 hours may incur additional fees.
4. Staging Duration
The initial staging period lasts 45 days as specified in your service package. If your property remains on the market beyond this period, a monthly extension fee will apply, as detailed in your agreement. One complimentary refresher is included during the first extension period.
5. Liability & Insurance
COLOR carries general liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our team during the staging process. Homeowners or agents must carry adequate insurance for the property and its contents. COLOR is not liable for any loss or damage to the homeowner's belongings during the staging period. Clients are responsible for any damage to COLOR's furnishings, accessories, or decor items while on the property. Damage or loss will be billed at replacement cost.
6. Assumed Liability
COLOR is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the property after staging is completed. Homeowners or agents must ensure that the property is safe and accessible for our team during staging. COLOR is not responsible for any issues arising from the client's failure to disclose pertinent information about the property.
7. De-Staging
De-staging services are included in the initial fee and will be scheduled promptly once the property is sold or the service period ends.
The homeowner or agent must notify COLOR within 24 hours of the property's sale to schedule de-staging.

Clients agree to provide COLOR with access to the property during agreed staging dates and times. If access is restricted or delayed, additional fees may occur.
9. Use of Images
