Additional labor required for homes with stairs, extended carry distance, or limited access.
Terms & Conditions
Consultations are complimentary. If you choose to proceed, a staging date will be scheduled and full payment (100%) is due within 24 hours of proposal acceptance to secure your agreed-upon staging date. The initial staging term is 45 days from installation, with optional extensions billed at 30% of the original staging fee per 30-day period, subject to availability. The client assumes responsibility for all staging items during the term and is liable for any loss or damage. De-staging will be scheduled upon contingency removal or completion of term with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice; the property must be accessible or additional fees may apply. Cancellations or rescheduling require 72 hours’ notice, with a 15% fee applied within that window.
